White Night 2019

On Saturday, May 18 arrives at the Costa del Sol, White Night (“Noche en Blanco”). This celebration reaches its twelfth edition in the city of Malaga. The night of museums and culture begins at 7:00 p.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m. the next morning. With more than 200 activities among which we will enjoy exhibitions, live music, and extraordinary activities for the whole family.

The theme of this 2019 will be chosen by the public among several proposals already chosen, where visitors will enjoy a meeting with art and culture.

The theme chosen for the last edition was "Muses and Creators" highlighting the work of women in the world of culture, which set a path for future editions. Some figures from the 2018 edition were its more than 230,000 visits and the more than 200 activities offered by the City Council's Culture Area. Receiving the support of private entities such as the sponsorship of the Unicaja and Ingenia Foundation.

This festival of culture has its origin in the city of Paris in 2002 and given its success had a great expansion in many European cities and even the world.
